weeeeeeeeh

Phil hadn't planned on coming back the Phone Tap this early but he just didn't have the heart to stay the night with the client. Sarah wanted him to woo a local distributor of forbidden wine from the eastern coast, make them see what carnal goods were available if they established a commercial route with Eros. With the sisters in power, each Maeve could rule over whatever they pleased and in turn provided their servants many more liberties and yet bound to the deals. This particular deal had an extra kick-back for the baker that made it hard to say no: six months' worth of the very rare ingredients Phil needed to make Jeremy's regeneration medicine. The Bite of '87's influence was lessened with every dose.

With the transaction done, and the merchant thoroughly pleased with a mere handjob (one of Phil's easier marks and yet wholly unsatisfying), he was no longer needed in the Corsican building. Gray knew how much these transactions affected Jeremy even if the latter didn't want to say it out loud. As he was his hands, it killed the former Phone Guy to see his guard do his best to put a smile and a positive front-

Wait, his guard? When did that happen? Jeremy was no one's to belong to other than Sarah. He hoped she didn't get the same ideas that brought him so much misery and anguish, Fitzgerald deserved better.

"Hi-hello," he greeted with a softer tone in his voice and a smile on his lips, "Working overtime?" That was a very good look for Jeremy though, and Phil might've bit his lip in approval.
